* Holidays including Memorial Day, the 4th of July, and Labor Day require a 3 night minimum for all room and camping reservations.
*Cancellation Policy:
We require 14 days notice for your cancellation,
otherwise you will be charged for the entire cost of your visit. Holidays require full payment 30 days in advance and require 14 days notice of cancellation. All rooms have a $50 booking fee at the time of reservation. If you cancel every effort will be made to rerent your room, however you will still be charged the booking fee.
* All Camping andRV sites offer one car and one boat. Each additional (car or boat) is $5 each.
*Children under 12 are free with paying adult
